JOB CAPTAIN
We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, self-motivating job captain with 5-7 years of experience in commercial, urban, multi-family projects (5 over 2) and excellent Revit skills to join our team. Responsibilities include design, coordinate, and implement project designs and details, supervise technical team members and coordination with consultants.

PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking a Project Manager skilled in Multi-Family/Mixed Use residential projects with 12 - 15 years of experience. Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills with a desire to be both a project leader and a business leader. Experience in large Multi-Family projects of Wood, Steel and Concrete construction, plus Construction Administration is essential. Responsibilities include conceptualizing, implementing, coordinating and managing of all phases of service. Team member will work directly with clients, consultants, contractors and municipalities with support of the Project Principals.
