Kessel Office Building
Kirkland, Washington

Designed for sibling software developers, this facility articulates steel and wood architectural elements throughout the interior and exterior of the symmetrically organized 15,000 square feet of office space. The single-level office supported by concrete columns appears to float above a surface-level parking garage. Expansive solar glazing adds transparency, enhances natural light and takes advantage of Lake Washington and Olympic Mountain views.
