The Design concept for this Villa is a modern interpretation of "courtyard home" placing the garden on the southwest with the house located to the east. Strategically placed stone walls orient main living spaces toward the courtyard with maximum exposure to the south sun. Locating the entry in the center of the home allows easy access and openness of all main living spaces. Floor-to-ceiling glass areas orienting toward the courtyard, result in an almost non-perceptible transition between interior and garden.
