Located in the Pike/Pine Corridor of Capitol Hill, this mixed use project has of 6,000 SF of retail space and 107 apartment units over an underground parking garage. Situated on a corner lot between older historic buildings, it's façade design bridges the gap between the past and present by incorporating a strong rectilinear rhythm from the housing down to the streetscape.

The development is LEED Silver, has a walk score of 100% and used ENERGY STAR appliances. Additionally, this project participated in the City of Seattle's Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) Program.
