Facing two busy streets and a major pedestrian alley, the 77-unit mixed-use building features facades with varied modulation, height and width emphasis, materials, and base condition. Each facade responds to a different exposure, helping reduce the apparent mass of five residential levels over 3,800 SF of retail and two parking levels incorporating 69-stalls.
