The vibrant and playful colors, plus the dynamic building entry feature of this mixed-use project is an eye-catching addition to the Stone Way neighborhood in Fremont. The four-story building accommodates 119 apartment units, below grade parking, plus about 5,000 SF of street level retail spaces.
Addressing the need for affordable housing, this project participated in the City of Seattle's Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) Program. The development also meets the criteria for LEED Silver, utilized ENERGY STAR appliances, and was a BUILD SMART program participant.
