Located in a transitioning neighborhood in Fremont, this mixed-use project is nestled between light industrial, commercial, single-family residential, and low-rise residential uses. The eclectic neighborhood inspired the architectural colors, materials and massing of the building. The project is comprised of 169 apartment units, 4 live work units, 2 levels of below grade parking, plus two richly landscaped courtyards and a roof deck amenity.
Addressing the need for affordable housing, this project participated in the City of Seattle's Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) Program. The development also meets the criteria for LEED Silver, utilized ENERGY STAR appliances, and was a BUILD SMART program participant.
