Hien Luong's Farmers Insurance Agency on Bothell Way is a tenant improvement project that converted an old print shop with an awkward spatial layout into a contemporary office space with an open, light filled floorplan. The scope of work included a complete interior remodel, keeping only the walls to the bathrooms and storage spaces, and exterior improvements included painting, repair of foundation, walls, and roof. Utilizing visually effective low-cost architectural elements a highly functional office with updated aesthetics was created, fulfilling the goals of the tenant.
