Wards Cove Houseboat
Seattle, Washington
This 2,400 SF floating home is located in Wards Cove; a 12 slip community situated at the north end of Lake Union across from Gasworks Park. Due to shoreline regulations Wards Cove is the last new floating home community in Seattle.

The bedrooms are located on the entry level with the living spaces on the upper floor. Adjacent to the second floor's living area is a large deck accessed by sliding glass doors with views to Gasworks Park, Lake Union and Downtown Seattle.
Exterior finishes including FRP panels, metal panel siding, cedar siding and cantilever glass railings, were selected for their modern simplicity and ease of maintenance. Interior finishes include oak floors, walnut and white polyester painted cabinets, white stone, painted GWB and exposed steel beams.
