West Mercer Island Residence

Along the western coastline of Mercer Island a local family builds fresh. Rather than forfeit their often coveted and familiar views to Lake Washington, Seward Park and Seattle they opted to raze their family home and build new. They desired an open plan that would provide ample space for the collection of treasures they acquired during their travels; as well as, provide an unencumbered way to welcome their now grown family.
Gleaned from a life of experience, this adventurous couple desired a grand master suite with office on the upper floor; in addition to, a large garage with a workshop and an indoor basketball court. Finally, as a commitment to their physical fitness it was important to include an enclosed Lap pool.
