A prominent addition to the intersection of 5th Avenue NE and Northgate Way, this mixed use building provides 45,000 SF of major retail space, 7,000 SF of small street-front retail, 160 affordable apartments on 3-4 levels, and 340 stalls on 3 levels of below-ground parking. Also, a special courtyard promontory with a delightfully visible elevator serving the retail customers looks out over the intersection's activity.
Addressing the need for affordable housing, this project participated in the City of Seattle's Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) Program. The development also meets the criteria for LEED Silver, was a BUILD SMART program participant and is within the mass transit walk shed.
