VENN at Main
Bellevue, Washington
As the name suggests, VENN at Main lies at the intersection of multiple sets: old to new, low-rise to high-rise, downtown core to residential. The challenge, and the inspiration, for this project was to navigate the convergence of so many different interests and uses. The mixed-use project incorporates 350 residential units plus associated community spaces. The street level provides approximately 25,600 SF of retail space. Parking for 592 vehicles, several electric vehicle charging stalls and numerous secure bicycle storage slots are also provided.
